Guide to registration

The participants are requested to complete the on-line application form via the ATF 2018 official website only. Please provide present and future business example details supporting information for your application. Your application is very important, as it helps us identify your needs at the ATF 2018. The more details you provide at registration the quicker we will be able to process your application. Please note that the deadline is on 20 October 2017

Buyer qualification

All buyer registration applications received at ATF Secretariat are screened for approval by the ATF Buyer Selection Committee. The qualifying process is based upon the following criteria:

- Experience in the tourism or travel business, particularly in the Asia Pacific Region
- Be a senior decision maker or consultant, negotiator and influencer from your outbound department with high level responsibilities and have purchase authority to contract with our supplier and make budgetary decisions of purchasing on the show floor
- Organise outbound groups/events to multiple destinations.
- Purchase record in the Asia Pacific Region that shows continuous purchase of products or a strong intention to purchase
- Demonstrate that you regularly work with travel supplier for Leisure or MICE products and services
- Buyers must attend all business appointments scheduled throughout the event (entire 3 days of business sessions).

On qualification, you will receive an e-mail to notify if you have been successfully accepted on to the program within 6-8 weeks and also be able to check back with the Buyer Secretariat team at the e-mail address:

ATF 2018: Buyer Package

- All fees are paid in US Dollas within 3 weeks after your status has been approved
- VAT 7% (Value Added Tax) will be add up in every transaction
- Administrative fee is USD 30 will be add up in every transaction
- For an evidence record and a confirmation, once payment has been done please send your pay-in slip, details of the company, a contact person and a billing address to


- A processing fee of US$ 50 will be applicable for delegate change made after October 15, 2017


- No refund for any cancellation
